Leonardo "Leo" H. Leocadio, age 80 and a resident of Oberlin, passed away
Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Leo was born November 6, 1938 in the Philippines to the late Leonardo and
Tiburcia (nee Hate) Leocadio. In 1988 Leo came to Ohio and was employed at
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport where he worked as a maintenance
operation agent retiring in 2002. Leo enjoyed gardening and yard work. He
was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oberlin.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Corazon "Cora" (nee Guevara), their
three sons, Hanspeter (Maricel) of North Ridgeville, Paul (Ansen) of North
Ridgeville, Antonio of Cleveland, his brother Bert (Susan) Hije of
Maryland, sister Josefina Punzalan of Texas, and one brother and two sisters
of the Philippines.
There will be a 10 a.m. memorial mass Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Sacred
Heart Catholic Church, 410 W. Lorain St., Oberlin. A reception will follow
after the mass.
