Juan Antonio Castro, age 62 and a life resident of Lorain passed away
Friday, February 6, 2021 at UH Elyria Medical Center after a brief illness.

Juan was born May 17, 1958 in Lorain to the late Juan A. Castro and Milagro
Gutierrez Burgos.   Throughout his life, Juan liked to work on cars, in the
past had been employed at various greenhouses throughout Lorain County, and
for the past ten years was self employed as a landscaper and tree removal
service company.  Juan loved his family and helping others.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years Aida I. (nee Ayala) Castro, their
four children; Juan A. Castro Jr. (Vanessa) of Elyria, Christopher M. Castro
(Nicole) of Lorain, Aida I. Rivera (Johnny) of Lorain, Catalina Castro of
Lorain, nine grandchildren, one great granddaughter, sisters; Carmine Castro
of Lorain, Evelyn Castro (Luis) of Lorain, step-sister Zulma Castro of
Pennsylvania, step-mother Petra Vellon of Humacao, Puerto Rico, step-sister
and step-brothers of Humacao, Puerto Rico; Elba Castro, Hector L. Castro,
Nicky Castro, Ulises Castro, and Victor M. Castro.

Family will receive friends at Ebenezer MI Church, 1676 E. 36th St., Lorain,
on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. time of service.  Pastor
Gerardo Aponte will officiate with burial following in Ridge Hill Memorial
Park, Amherst Township.
