Jackson "Jack" C. McCracken, age 68 and a resident of Sheffield Lake, passed
away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in Grafton surrounded by his loving family.

Jack was born in Sutton, West Virginia, to the late Sherman C. McCracken and
Betty Jean (nee Burgess) McCracken.  Jack was retired in 2016 and was
formerly employed as a fork lift operator for York International, Elyria.
He enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and was a gifted artist.
Throughout his life, he had pet kittens and cats that he cared for.  Jack
served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.

Survivors include his sons J.J. McCracken of North Carolina and Shawn
(Sheri) McCracken of Grafton, three grandchildren, and his mother Betty Jean
McCracken of Lorain.

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia (nee Finnerty), his father
Sherman C. McCracken, and his sister Joyce Leahy.

Family will receive friends Friday, December 7, 2018 from 2-6 p.m., at the
Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Avenue, Lorain.  Private
family interment.

In Jack's honor, memorials in his name may be made at the funeral home.
