Thomas "Tom" A. Vilevac Jr., age 77 and a longtime resident of North
Ridgeville, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at Main Street Care Center,
Avon Lake, after a fifteen month illness.

Tom was born August 15, 1944 in Lorain to the late Thomas A. Vilevac Sr. and
Mary Helen (nee Straka) Vilevac.  He was a 1962 graduate of Clearview High
School.  In 1966 Tom graduated from Lorain County Community College.
Throughout his life Tom worked as a Database Administrator first at General
Telephone & Electronics in Marion, following that at Bendix Westinghouse in
Elyria, and spent the remainder of his career in the banking industry having
been employed at the former Broadview Savings in Independence, the former
National City Bank of Cleveland, and ending his career at PNC Bank,
Cleveland, retiring in 2004.  He enjoyed playing guitar and organ, cooking
out, and most importantly spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Louise A. (nee Raymond) Vilevac, sons
Thomas A. (Lori) Vilevac III of Virginia and Jeff (Sarah) Vilevac of North
Ridgeville, four grandchildren; Ian, Aaron, Trevor, Amanda, and brothers Ray
(Carol) Vilevac and Bob (Kathy) Vilevac, both of North Olmsted.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777
Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville at 11 a.m. on Friday.  Inurnment will
take place in St. Peter Cemetery following mass.
