Obituary

Anthony T. Berstling Jr. was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest joy in life was being surrounded by the people he loved.

He was fun, active, and always ready to have a good time. But more than anything, Tony loved his family. He was happiest when he was surrounded by them. Tony was a proud Cleveland Browns fan and loved going to Browns games. He also enjoyed spending time in his backyard, especially mowing the grass. Tony had a love for animals, cars, and, of course, good food. He enjoyed the simple things in life and knew how to have a good time wherever he was. These are the things his family will remember and cherish.

Tony will be deeply missed by his wife of 50 years, Elaine; his children, Joy, Zack, and Alex; his son-in-law, Jason; his grandchildren, Allison and Stefan, Norman and Katlynn, Dylan, Hunter, and Rieley; his great-grandchild, Norman; and his sister and brother-in-law, Rosemarie and Tom Norton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Berstling Sr. and Rose Berstling; his sister, Carol Berstling; and his beloved grandson, Sebastian Berstling.

Tony will be missed more than words can say. He lived his life with joy, stayed active, and always made the most of his time with the people he loved. His greatest gift was the time he shared with his family, and his zest for life will remain with all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Papa. You will always be loved, always be remembered, and forever be a part of your family.
