Bobby Ray Meade, age 69 and a longtime resident of Lorain, passed away
Saturday, December 10, 2022 after a long illness.

Bobby was born February 22, 1953 in Deane, Kentucky to the late Hilbert and
Rinda (nee Taylor) Meade. He was a 1971 graduate of Lorain High School and
proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1973-1977. Bobby was
retired from the United States Steel Corporation where he had worked for 32
years as an electrician. He was also retired from Lorain City Schools where
he was in the maintenance department. Bobby loved rock n roll music and
enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley, watching Disney TV, going on vacations,
working on cars, gardening, and games and puzzles.

Survivors include his children Christopher of Elyria and Samantha of Lorain
and grandsons Sebastian Meade, Damien Engle, Aiden Meade, and Broly
Rosemark.

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Vicki
(2019), brother Roger (2018), and his sister Debra (2019).

Bobby was interred with his beloved wife Vicki in Resthaven Memory Gardens,
Avon.
