Christopher Allen Leonard, affectionately known as Chris, passed away on December 11, 2025, in the home where he was born and raised—his beloved childhood home in Lorain, Ohio. Chris was a proud graduate of Admiral King High school: He was a lifelong resident of Lorain, a city that shaped him and one he never stopped giving back to.

Chris was a funny, hardworking, and outgoing man with the biggest heart. He was known for his quick wit, infectious laughter, and his ability to make anyone feel welcome. Chris never hesitated to lend a hand, crack a joke, or show up when someone needed him. He worked multiple jobs throughout his life, always willing to put in an honest day's work.

Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Leonard; his grandmother, Hannah Kutza; and Great-Aunt Janet Coxen.

He is survived by his loving mother, Bonnie Leonard; and his siblings, Kathy Brown, Kerri Bentley, Charnie Leonard, Charisse Brown, Charles Leonard, Travis Leonard, and Teresa Rush. He also leaves behind several dozen nieces and nephews who will forever remember his humor, kindness, and larger-than-life personality.

Christopher Allen Leonard will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the Lorain community. His laughter, generosity, and love will live on in the many lives he touched.
