Clinton "Clint" Leo Pitzer, age 86, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025 at home in Elyria, Ohio.
Clint was born in Captina, West Virginia on June 8, 1938 to the late John Pitzer and Alice Swaggart (nee Sycoc).
Clint was a retiree of the Ford Motor Company plant in Lorain. He was Baptist by faith. He was a very active, athletic person who enjoyed playing volleyball for hours. He coached basketball and enjoyed keeping up with the younger players. Clint was also a proud black belt in Taekwondo.
He very much loved the Native American Community and their culture, he frequently attended powwows where he was taught the history of the atlatl and how to throw it.
In addition to his parents, Clint is preceded in death by his granddaughter Corrinne Roque, his sisters Alma Kerns, and Mary White and his brother Richard Kerns.
Survived by his five daughters, Valarie Pitzer, Patti Roque, Twila Noice, Tammy (John) Fahnestock, and Angela (Jeff) Fields; two sons David Pitzer, and Todd Siesky; 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters Jeanne Kerns, Dixie Kesselring, Nancy Francis; two brothers, David Swaggart and Charles Swaggart, and extended family and friends.
Private Services Held.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, Lorain.
