Delmer "Jody" Keathley, age 47 and formerly of Lorain, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his home in San Antonio, Texas after a sudden illness.

Jody was born in Lorain, April 11, 1974 to the late Donald Keathley Sr. and Gwendolyn (nee Bailey) Keathley.

He was a 1992 graduate of Admiral King High School. Throughout his life, Jody was employed as a machinist. He enjoyed cooking, spending time with his loved ones, and going to shooting ranges.

Survivors include his sons Nick Keathley of Virginia and Anthony Keathley of Lorain, his mother Gwen Keathley of Elyria, sister and brother-in-law Lynn and Hassen Abouelhana, sister and brother-in-law Pamela and Duane Flowers of Elyria, brothers Max Keathley of Lorain and Donald Keathley Jr. of Elyria.

He was preceded in death by his father Donald Keathley Sr and a sister, Tammy L. Dennison. Family will receive friends at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Avenue, Lorain on Saturday from 2-6 p.m.
