Diane is survived by her lifelong companion of 40 years, Phil Cruz; her daughters, Angel (Jose) Leos and Sunny Hartley; her stepsons, Shawn (Latika) Cruz and Brandon (Rachel) Cruz, all of Lorain, Ohio.
