Helen Koteles, 99, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Normandy Care
Center, Rocky River. She was born February 12, 1923 in Szelmenc,
Czechoslovakia.

Helen was a restaurant and bar owner of many establishments. Most notable
were the Three Sisters in Lorain and the Lemon Tree Lounge in Vermilion.
Helen enjoyed providing food, drink, and comfort to friends, family, and
patrons.

Survivors include her three children; Edward, Mary Ann, and Alex.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Koteles, parents Alex and
Mary (Halasz) Vekasy, five siblings, and her great grandson.

Family will receive friends at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900
Broadway Avenue, Lorain on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the
11:30 a.m. time of service. Rev. Neil Walters will officiate with burial
following in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
