Helmuth Adrian Chamale, age 65, of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2026, following a sudden illness.

Born in Guatemala, Helmuth spent his early years surrounded by family until he moved to the United States at 18, driven by the desire to pursue the American Dream. He embraced his new life wholeheartedly, mastering English and working diligently in various roles before becoming a skilled diesel mechanic. His pride in achieving U.S. citizenship reflected his deep commitment to his adopted country. Helmuth had a passion for working on cars, caring for his lawn, and, above all, cherishing time with his family. He was also a proud member of the Republican Party.

Helmuth is preceded in death by his father, grandparents, two aunts, and an uncle. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Christine "Chris"; son, Frankie; mother, Eva; and sisters, Lillian and Norma.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Andras Crematory & Funeral Home in Lorain.
