Herman "Butch"  G. Walbom, a lifelong resident of Lorain, passed away suddenly at home Sunday, January 14th, 2024 at the age of 62.

Butch was born in Lorain on February 20,1961 to Herman and Joanne Walbom (nee Fantin).

He graduated from Lorain Catholic High School in 1979 and worked many years at the Republic Steel Plant in Lorain.  He retired from employment in 2023.

He enjoyed spending time cruising on his Harley Davidson, attending concerts at Rockin' on the River, all Cleveland major league sporting events, and riding the coasters at Cedar Point.

He is survived by his beloved mother Joanne, sisters Lisa Crouch and Leslie Gaul, numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces/great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Gene Walbom in 2018.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday January 22nd, 2024 from 5-7pm at Andras Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Ave. Lorain, 44052.
