Jill Wickline (nee Naelitz), 62, of Lorain, went peacefully home to the Lord on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

She was born on July 16, 1963, in Lorain.

Jill was a 1981 graduate of Admiral King High School and was employed by First Federal Bank and Lorain Products. She was a lifelong Cleveland sports fan who loved cheering on the Cavaliers, Browns, and Indians throughout the years.

She courageously battled multiple sclerosis for 36 years, including 15 years as a quadriplegic.

Jill devoted her life to the Lord, focusing on learning and memorizing more than 100 scriptures. She was always smiling and sharing her love of the Lord with others and was an amazing prayer warrior.

She is survived by her husband, David; her son, Matthew; her mother, Jeannie Ceja; her brother, Mark Naelitz; her sister-in-law, Terri Naelitz; and her brother-in-law, Mark Wickline (Sue).

Jill was preceded in death by her father, James Naelitz; her stepfather, Vic Ceja; her brother, Scott Naelitz; and her nephew, David Naelitz.

Her family extends heartfelt thanks to her amazing health care aides, especially Daphne Strong, her beloved best friend.

Special thanks also go to Lucy Idols, drivers Richard and Tad, for their kindness and support.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
