Joye Ellen Warner, age 56 and a life resident of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly at Mercy Regional Medical Center on Monday, August 21, 2023 from a sudden illness.
Joye was born in Lorain, March 20, 1967 to the late Patrick and Ida (nee Becker) Warner. She was a 1985 graduate of Southview High School. Joye was employed for the last 18 years at Western Enterprise, Westlake. She loved her cat Snoops and watching Hallmark Movies. Most important to Joye was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her life companion Charlie Haught, three step-children; Thomas Bennett of Lorain, Ashley Kurta of Lorain, Brandi Haught of Lorain, eight grandchildren, three sisters; Susan Strnisha of Amherst, Jane Keene (Dennis) of Sheffield Lake, Joan O'Keefe of Birmingham, four brothers; Bob Lengyel (Denise) of Florida, Steve Lengyel (Penny) of California, Patrick Warner (Peggy) of Lorain, Tim Warner (Chris) of of Amherst, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Family will receive friends at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Avenue, Lorain on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
