Kirk Joseph Turek, 70, of Oberlin, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025.

Born on December 20, 1954, to the late Robert and Barbara (née Wellman) Turek, Kirk proudly served in the Navy. He had a passion for building model cars, collecting, and working on bike and small engine repairs. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, loving them wholeheartedly. His warmth and kindness will be deeply missed.

Kirk is survived by his children: April Daugherty of Lorain, Angie Strunk of Elyria, Joseph Turek of Elyria, and Ashley Turek of Elyria; his ten grandchildren; and his brothers Robert Turek and Timothy Turek, both of Elyria.
