Mama Lisa, a name that rings in the hearts of many, Lisa La'Saundra Ortiz, the imperial force who loved and protected all, the mama bear and oldest who protected all with lethal force, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. The impenetrable force that, at age 52, almost did it all.

She's embraced by her father, Ricardo Pagan, while leaving her mother, Susan Pagan, her husband, Luis Ortiz, and her five children: Lisa Ortiz, Alexandria Borka, Luis Ortiz II, Elizabeth Ortiz, and Miguel Rodriguez at home, followed by seven grandkids, and a plethora of family and friends. She was a jack-of-all-trades, from wedding officiant to party planner, truck driver, to a homemaker.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from noon until 3 p.m., at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Avenue, Lorain, Ohio.
