Manuel Massas, age 66 and a resident of Lorain, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Ames Family Hospice, Westlake surrounded by his loving family.

Manuel was born May 30, 1957 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to the late Pablo and Conchita Massas.

Surviving is his wife Esmeralda Massas, son Luis  Massas (Glissette) and son Manuel Massas, four grandchildren; Luis, Shailyne, Myla, Manuel, his former daughter-in-law Jessica Massas, sisters; Maria, Grisselle, and Leyda Massas, and his brother Pablo Massas.

In addition to his parents, Manuel was preceded in death by his grandson Josue Massas, and brothers Jose, Pedro, Regoberto, Francisco Massas.

Family will receive friends at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain on Monday, July 24, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the funeral mass begins at 11 a.m. with Rev. William A. Thaden, pastor officiating. Following mass, burial will take place in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.

Floral arrangements should be delivered at the Church.
