Mark Flemming (71) of Lorain, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

He was born August 13, 1951 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

As a young child Mark and his family moved to Ohio where he spent most of his time at Oakwood Park playing baseball with friends or working as a caddy at the golf course. He graduated from Admiral King High School in 1969. In 1977 he began working at United States Steel on the south side of Lorain where he retired from in 2010.

Mark was well known throughout Lorain, and continued sports throughout his life. He loved to golf and he played on several softball teams over the years, as well as coached youth football in the early 1980's. Mark seemed to see a friend everywhere he went, never passing the chance to talk for a bit. He will be greatly missed by many.

Mark is survived by his sister Pam Flemming Thibeault (Robert), son Corey Flemming (Melissa), daughters Nicole and Summer Flemming and his five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, Delores Chambers Flemming.
