Pasquale "Pat" R. Amato, age 85, and a lifelong resident of Lorain, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 28, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Pasquale was born on July 24, 1941, to the late Michael and Nancy Amato (nee Carameli).

He graduated from Lorain High School in the Class of 1960. After high school, he worked for Lorain Products until he retired in 1994.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Mark Amato.

He is survived by his wife Linda (nee Perrier), his sons Steven and Philip; his grandchildren Cara Amato-Wright, Nick Amato, and his great-grandchild Ivan Mark Wright; his sister Denise Moores and his nephew Josh Moores.
