Obituary

Sally Ann Moore, of Elyria, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 2.

A long-time resident of Elyria, Sally was born in Pittsburgh and was a die-hard Steelers fan. She often bet her grandsons a 2-liter of Coke when they played against the Browns. Sally lived a multifaceted life, working at the Pentagon and later at NASA before owning Moore's Auto Body. Sally retired from Home Depot. A devoted member of the now-closed Presbyterian church for many years, Sally never missed a Sunday service in her prime.

She is survived by her two daughters, Suzanne and Pamela; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Sally had a kind and generous heart, always putting her loved ones first.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim; mother Ninetta; father, John; and dog, Sketcher.

A graveside ceremony will be held, and Suzanne Gray can be contacted for more information.
