Sandra L. Williams (nee Adolph), age 79 and a longtime resident of Elyria, passed away at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2025 after a short illness.

Sandra was born on August 15, 1945, in Cleveland to the late Franklin and Dorothy (nee Freeman) Adolph.  She was a 1963 graduate of Elyria High School.  Sandra was retired from Parker Hannifin, Elyria,  Airborne Division, where she was employed from 1974 until her retirement in 2007.  She worked there as a lead assembler.  Throughout her life, Sandra enjoyed baseball, especially watching the Cleveland Indians, wildlife, and going to amusement parks where she rode on the thrill rides.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Audra and William Pierce of Elyria, grandsons Gary Breeden of Lorain, Bradley Pierce of Elyria, and Anthony Pierce of Elyria, five great-grandchildren, and her brother and sister-in-law Larry and Cindy Adolph of Birmingham.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David and Frank Adolph.

Family will receive friends at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900 Broadway Avenue, Lorain, on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 5-7 p.m.
