Savion Johnson, age 24 of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Born on February 14, 2001, in Lorain, Savion was a light tragically taken from this world too soon. His bright smile lit up every room he entered, and his laughter was contagious to everyone around him.

Savion had a kind and generous spirit, always being the first to offer a helping hand or a joke to lift someone's spirits. He loved to laugh, cook, and play video games, but above all, he cherished spending time with his family, especially his brothers, who were his closest friends. Those who knew Savion will remember his warmth, sense of humor, and joy. His life, though far too short, was filled with love and laughter. The memories he created will continue to shine in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Savion is survived by his loving mother, Gabriella Taylor; father, Marlon Johnson; siblings, Brandon (Cassie) Taylor, Marquis Harden, Jaelen Hitchens, Selena, Lexi, Deseria, Marlon Jr., Lamar, and Cerrius; nieces and nephews, Preston, Layla, and Riley Taylor, Kyrese and Kyrin Harden; girlfriend, Morgan Rice, as well as grandparents, great-grandparents, and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Savion's family will receive friends on Friday, November 14, 2025, beginning at 8:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44055.
