Thomas Odell Sprague, age 87, of Oberlin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at The Life Care Center of Elyria.

He was born in Elyria, Ohio, on August 29, 1937, to the late Albert and Elnora Sprague (nee Tarry).

Thomas loved collecting trains and traveling locally to find nice antiques with his wife, Laurie.

Thomas was survived by his two children, three step-children, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.

In addition to his parents Albert Sprague and Elnora, his step-father Carl Nieding, his wife Laurel "Laurie" Sprague (nee Dellefield), and his son.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Ridge Hill Cemetery, Amherst Township. After the services, please join the family at Blue Sky Restaurant, 802 Cleveland Street, Elyria, OH 44035.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Erie Shores Humane Society.
