With heavy hearts, the family of Vicky Rae (nee Wade) Pompeo announces her passing on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the age of 72 years. She passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was born February14, 1952, to her parents Ramon and Norma (nee Shockley) Wade.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles A. Pompeo to whom she was married to 45 years.

She was a treasure to all who knew her. She lit up the room with her smile and charisma, her love of music and playing the spoones. She had the gift of gab and was always the life of the party!

She leaves behind her children whom she loved so much. Leslie A. Maple of Brilliant, Carol (Shawn) VanMeter of Elyria, and Jaci Masters of Lorain, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A living Celebration of Life was held on September 24, 2024.

Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, Lorain.
